Multiple Hero Skins?

I created a custom map that allows the player to control multiple races at once, yet I can’t get the hero skins to work on all the races at the same time. It only lets me use the skin of my starting race, the one who’s console I see. For example: If I am using the Night Elf console, I can’t use the female Death Night skin. Is there any way to fix this?
