But you can easily extract the mdx model, convert it, fix the skin directory (to the 2nd skin) then convert it back and import it to a diff directory, then you should have 2 copies of the same model but diff skin for each. Tell me if its confusing.

thats true, but isnt there another way without doubling the maps size as it is?
If you have 2 skins for every 25 models thats an incredible amount of space. Also if those models were not in the mpq already
