I don't know how you would adjust the multiboard font size (I don't think you can) but this tutorial teaches you everything about UI:

I haven't really tried, but something like:

• Custom Script: call BlzFrameSetScale(BlzGetFrameByName("MultiboardTitle",0), 0.7)

might work, where 0.7 is the size. 1.0 for no change, bigger for bigger and so on.
