i am making a camera trigger that will play, how long would they be if this is what the 2 was talking said?

Ferain Magius

The new king, Huramin, sent you and I out here,
but mostly you, he only wanted me to tell you,
defeat the nearby orc camp,
and there leader,Khagra, good luck

Aeduuin

Ok, don't know why, he could just send a entire army of men
here and crush them.

Ferain Magius

ahh.. just as bull headed as your brother Ar...
Nevermind that, just crush the orc camp.

Uh just time it yourself? Read the text at normal/slower pace and then add to that time you got 2 additional seconds - that works for me.
Then sum up all the timers you got and you get an approximate time for your cinematic.

(I add 2-3 seconds because people, who thought up the text for the cinematic, usually read it faster than people who read the text for the first time and have no idea is it going to be about)

So yeah, if you read the first sentence at normal pace for 4 seconds, then add 2 seconds to it. Of course you don't need to read sentences like "okay"; "roger"; etc. for 5 seconds right?

Also it sounds like you want to position the camera only once and then leave it in the same place/point for the whole conversation. Don't do that, it makes the cinematic really boring.
Even if you only change angles when each unit says something, it is still better than static camera.
