[General] Move Speed

Hey.

I would like to do if it's possible to change how the game determines the movement speed stages: there are some like Fast at least. Where to change these and also I would like to know if it's possible change their names.

Their names can be changed from Advanced -> Game Interface (Text - General - 'Fast' for example)

I dont know answer for the first question tho :/

There are 5 stages of Speed which are:
Very Slow
Slow
Average
Fast
Very Fast

Here is the statistics for each Speed Range:
0 <= x <= 175 - Very Slow
176 <= x <= 220 - Slow
221 <= x <= 280 - Average
281 <= x <= 350 - Fast
351 <= x <= 522 ~ beyond - Very Fast

Tested with 351 different speeds which increase the movement speed of that unit by 1 per increment.
