Problem with movement speed :/

When the map starts everyones movement becomes like...super fast.
The attack speed stays the same just the movement speed.
This is really annoying. Ive checked my triggers, used normal game speed it stays the same. ive set their movement speed to 1 still stays the same.
Can anyone help?

DId you happen to change the gameplay constants.
Like the minimum or maximum movement speed?
Sometimes people try and set the max movement speed up and accidentally set up the minimum
