Modify UI warcraft 3

Hi I have one question

Could be modify the UI warcraft 3 with world editor? . Maybe change the place of minimap to left or change the place of special attack to mid place. Its possible?

I don't think it is possible to change positions of these. Oh and minimap is already at the left.

why?? Its not possible maybe programming? o modify the language comands of language programing. Could be possible?

I lack knowledge on the matter, perhaps someone else will have a better insight, but I haven't seen anything like it before throughtout many years, so I make this conclusion.

Why would you need to change the ui other than just for the hell of it?
+ The way warcraft 3 renders things below the ui, would probably crap stuff up too.

No you cannot modify the UI in WC3 like you can in StarCraft II. I know it is trivial to move the minimap or whatever a special attack is in StarCraft II but in Warcraft III you are stuck with the same default layout always.
