I encountered that problem some times back too.
It happens when you have the model editor on your HDD before you have WC3 installed. Magos' tries to search the right registration keys for that problem but is redirected to itself.
You can open Magos' with the context menu, but if you want to open it via double-click you'll have to edit the registration keys in the Windows folder. This could be a pain in the ass and you could screw up your whole computer.
