Model Edit Request - Charm

Hi, I'd like to have the swirly bits from Charm edited so they don't fly up so high. Probably about 25% less max height.
I tried messing around with it myself but couldn't seem to figure it out.

I edited the particle heigh and width, ergo making the lines shorter and thinner. I also edited the animation connected to the swirly bits, if you want to compare steps.

Ah, that's what I was missing. I was just editing the particles (or trying to, didn't work last time I tried but did this time xD).
It's still quite high. Would you mind making it lower still? Maybe another 25%?

I dont have a computer available for a week, so if anyone else is willing to fix this that would ease my conscious

Don't worry about it taking awhile I'm in no rush. If you let me know how you changed the animation, I could give it ago myself.

I lowered the keyframe where the rig went upwards in mdlvis.
