Minor problem in modeling - opinion needed!

I can't see any noticeable shrinking, maybe the problem you're trying to describe is that the arms are getting flatter during movement?

I looked at the bones and saw that you have attached some of the vertices of the wrist of each hand both to two bones simultaneously (wrist and finger, or wrist and elbow, it varies). That causes a superposition of the movements of both bones and the vertices may move incorrectly. Simply detach them from the bone you do not need.

Quite cretive model btw, I really like the idea and the attack and spell animations. ;) Only toads have no scales.
