Exactly! You see @Stefan.K people still want to see your work. You are not some weakling, you are heavy professional model maker and you are capable of this. Professionals do not quit. Whatever happens regardless of win or lose, have in mind that your model is completely new addition to the model section, that was never made before I think. So it will contribute greatly I think. GOOOOOOOO STEFAN! WE BELIEVE IN YOU STEFAN!

Well, I mentioned here twice times that we extended deadline for one week until Sunday 9. November due to their requests. But seems that you missed it due to lot of messages and activity here which is good haha!

Everyone will have to upload models in model section for public models and moderation by then, and we can proceed as planned. The only thing is that we will depend of moderator until he reviews models. But I like progress so far haha

@Villagerino that is some epic work man I like progress so much!

Thanks! No, the red around the neck is blood from the giant blood tentacles. The team color is going to be on the wrists and an icon on the back. Going for a minimal approach.

Guys, Villagerino contacted me last night about Vinz, he said that Vinz got hospitalized and ask if we can extended deadline by one week until 15. november as he wont be released from hospital these days and cannot finish model by this week. Well since this is situation and higher force, I am for it of course, and perhaps some of you would not rush. But need to see with you guys first.
My only concern would be how fast moderator can review models so we can proceed on voting. Oh that will be interesting part. Voting and judge!

And i can review these probably in a day so shouldn't be a problem.

@BoatyMcBoatface300 you want me to cal lstaff to find moderator to review your model if possible, then to fix possible issues if any?
Guys, if you need another week if you want, need and agree why not. Its important that you are working o nyour work and finishing top quality models according to this all. Just to remind you that in mid December (plus minus few days) I will become father, so that will be my focus, until then we have to estabilish system and voting.
So I am very busy these days but in good mood and I like your progress, if you need one extra week to finish your models to upgrade them in extra quality then go on. Tell me what do you think.

Wouldnt it make more sense (Just like in an Icon Contest) when people are done there submission they would upload it to the section and wait, but once the contest and reviews (The judge) are finished then those icons will be approved or if they do need work towards them then set as Awaiting Update.?

Well thats how it should work. People finish their work and upload and wait but problem arises as we do not know when moderator will review models. We can finish all soon, you can finish with reviews etc... and we can end in waiting someone for long time until he reviews models.
Wait, you are icon moderator, but can you approve models as well or you just have power over icons? Since you are judge and seem to understand things to review models then you can easily review contest models as you are reviewing them already anyway. Then we are saved, we wont depend on anyone else.

I'm totally fine with this and will put this extra time to use to improve and polish my stuff.

It looks like real life busyness has attacked us all and is holding us tight. I also reminded the guys in the conversation that you're soon to have a baby, and warned people not to ask for too much time.

Yes i dont really think its urgent to have the actual Model Moderators review them before me as that wouldnt make much sense.. I feel as if i review them once they are finished and then once everything is completed with the contest the Model Moderator will take over and use my reviews to use with there moderation review.

And yes i only have control over icons.

Yeah, just to tell you that I sent Ralle one week before Halloween PM to update that my paid ad you see as it leads to old contest thread and outdated image, as it is blurred out, I cant control it, only Ralle can. And he did not reply me, yeah guy has kids and job and seems very busy. Even our staff is super busy these days not just regular members and contestants so I understand this all.

Yeah, Once everyone is done with there model ill just start the reviews and then the moderators can start there review once the contest is over actually over with the winners.

Exactly as you say!
Its just important that voting gets also over first before you set reviews public (you can review them anytime you wish but keep somewhere documented) to prevent people forming opinions based on reviews. You and public are separated totally, they decide and vote how they see fit while you judge according to setup criteria regardless of what public likes and needs. When voting is over then you post rate. But yes, if some model happens to be top quality, it can happen that both you and public have similiar views, everything is possible.
Oh guys, then we need to discuss soon how much time we would need for voting, two three weeks, one month etc... Also type of voting, I would go with one man one vote secretly/ hidden results so people would not know who is leading until poll gets over. It will remain uncertainty to the very end haha! Oh yeah, once voted, person cannot edit or recast vote again. That should be theoretically be the fair it can. Literally like when you vote for president :cgrin:

Everything goes very nice and smooth and I am really grateful and satisfied, we do not have any problems so far with exception of people requesting more time but that is something else. And some staff inactivity, but thats why I am talking we are doing great considering times and situation. Here is no drama so far, everyone behaves perfectly, so we are good! Keep working!

@Archian sure I will do it these days when they upload their models to the model section as there are not final entries yet besides BoatyMcBoatface300's model so there are no links now, but it should be by 23. November which is in three days.

I know that you are going to deliver high quality unique stuff, I sense it. I also sense that some will not be just recommended but High quality as well perhaps, maybe even Director's Cut here.

November, but this is last time, since it will be December, we should proceed with reviews and voting for this year, to match Christmas or New Year if possible. But please, provide one screenshot of your work until this Sunday, so public can see progress.

@BoatyMcBoatface300 you also have time if you wish to further update your model visually if you find suitable, to upgrade it or whatever you wish since you are the only one to upload it. You still can update.

@Archian this is it, please find slowly someone to start reviewing models after 1. December since deadline will be closed, and I will see to immediately from that day to update first post with final entries, whoever uploads model or not. We will have enough people. Then you create poll please so people can start voting.

@Panda hey, so you want this to be over with reviews and voting so you can include at the end, and your review will be included in approval status by moderator right? So, moderator during this time should set awaiting update until this all is over?

Generally speaking i think the resources uploaded can stay pending until the contest is over like i stated before, and then the moderator can use my reviews towards there's to determine if those resources are approvable or need work done to them.

So basically the resources will stay pending till contest is completely over then the moderator steps in and finishes off what needs to be done to those resources.
