Mini-Moderator Loader Help

Greetings Empire,

A problem, I have.
When I tried voting for the Mini-Moderator system through my original computer (has Vista, if anyone's curious), it wanted me to install some sort of DirectX installation- but I didn't have enough time to install it because it would right away take me to a page saying "Please explain your vote", but when I tried to do this through an older computer it worked just fine.

Do I need to install this DirectX installation anyway? If so, how can I do it? If not, how can I vote?

Could be a virus.

Could be a missing software/update/plugin.

Can you show some screenshots of those two keymoments? The install request amd the Explain your vote page? Would be useful.
