Misha: Needs a death sound, and something seems to be rigged to a helper object, because it pulls teamglow planes from other models on it.. or maybe that's the samurai doing.. nevertheless, open the mdl of both, replace all 'Helper' words with 'Bone' exit and save on prompt, re-convert and test them

This is really cool, and the file size is great! It's nice to have a proper ballista model. I've seen many, but only a couple with a medieval style. 4/5.

well that one is the tension-related, pulling the tendons that launch the projectile.. but i have a feel that wheel should have a handle or look different from front wheels and really you should add something underneath that tension wheel, just to give the ballista some more support, look-wise

anyway, there are some funky things with some polygons in hive viewer, as if thy're facing wrong or missing.. you should look into that too

lastly, that majorly big 'arrow' just shouldn't float like that, lower it to give it some support.. ya know.. gravity.. right now it clips and launches through the top TC bit <w<

This looks more like the scorpion ballista, if my memory for those legendary times when history channel transmited real historical programs, those have wheels for transport and a tripod for sieges.
