Mdlvis "Vibration" screen when moving mouse.

Mdlvis do a "Vibration" inside Mdlvis window when i moving mouse, makes me difficult for editing models.
I have this problem for a long time but Google search got no results.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Currently I am using windows 10.
