MdlVis Crash

Hello !

As the name says I have a problem with making models.
Everytime I try to attach something to an existing chest bone the app crashes. No explanation.

I tried this on at least 4 models and it happens on all of them.
So...my question is : Am I doing something wrong ?
Sorry if it is a nood question.

It's probably because the bone is a helper bone with specific properties (I don't recall exactly).

Create a sub-bone to the bone you want to attach something to, move it into the same positin in mdlvis and just attach it to your bone instead of the helper bone. It's a common crash in Mdlvis and is mostly on chest/pelvis/root bones.

Will the animations work as if it would be attached to the original one or new animations will be needed ?

It will work as if attached to the original bones as long as your new bone is a sub bone of your original one (just select your original bone in magos, right click: new bone and then you just have to rename it and reposition it in mdlvis - done).
