Max Filesize (on LAN)

Alright, a quicky. What's the maximinium size of a map for lanplay?

ie, if its over a filesize I can't host it.

b.net's was 2^12 = 4096kb and lan's was like 2^13 = 8192kb. I normally remenber them for being powers of 2, maybe lan's was a bit smallar.

Well, I've never tried Lan, what I've said is from vulgar knowledge spread around the forums before.

The limit absolutely is 4 megabytes... But, you can continue and find this out on your own if you want...

No, you can't.

4,100,000 bytes, but not 4 MB (4,194,304 bytes). Only HDD manufacturers use 4 MB == 4,000,000 B.

Well i did.... cause my map that i host was 4.12 mb's large.... and it worked on Bnet.... So... Ye it was able to be hostable ^^
