Based on Mass Dispel .
All textures by warcraft 3's MPQ. A warcraft 3 version of it. Enjoy!
The 3D viewer is not displaying it properly. Use MAGOS.
You can combine this area effect with the OnTarget effect by Blizzard.

1. Fixed errors displayed by sanity test
2. Added more color variations
