Frost Armor that can't be dispelled

Is it possible to create Frost Armor that dispel, purge, devaur magic and encient dispells will not work on?

no. u'd have to trigger the dispel/purge/devour magic/enchant spells (whatever that is) or add frost nova every 0.25 seconds to all units with frost armror

So making it unable to be spell steal is impossible?

Or u can create a triggering Frost Armor. I mean when the unit is attacked by the enemy, check if that attacked unit has the buff or not, then slow the target. I remember that there is some spell that has buffs cannot be dispelled. U can use that as ur base spell then do like what I said earlier.

Can it be used the other way arround? web to be spell stealed since I given it more than 1 priority?
