Marketplace help

I just played a random melee map named Deathrose and I found a marketplace that sold items and if you bought it, it will be sold out and will randomly sell another item in the shop. I quit my game to look but there's no trigger. I need to know how marketplaces work?

I can't find the answer I'm looking for. I really need to know how it works and I will start to make a melee map that has Marketplaces.

This discussion does not shed light on the OP question, which I think is, how do the Marketplaces work in their underlying mechanics--how does a Marketplace decide what items to sell, how often to change inventories, etc.? It's quite a unique merchant building.
