Mana Drain Aura?

Has anyone ever done a mana drain aura? Like reverse brilliance, except when ever it drains mana from enemies it gives it to your hero instead. If anyone knows where I can find it, or how to do it, I would, uh, say thank you?

I'd say, give a brilliance auro with targets = enemy units, and negative regenerate. Then check in a trigger if a unit has a certain buff, and if that's so, add X mana to the hero's mana pool
