making your own MPQ mod

where can I find a MPQ to mod and how can I let it get to work? anybody knows a tutorial about it? I want to make something like TTOR (I not mean the theme and factions/units, but how they made their mod). All info is appreciated. Note that I already know how to edit MPQ's. Thanks for taking the time.

Sorry if Im not understanding you. You are aware that all wc3 maps are mpq's, right?

, yeah. I want to make a mod like TOR, they also do it through a MPQ.
