Making Preview Pictures :)

Im currently sat here doing nothing, so! Why not put my time to some use?

Anyone want a preview pic made for their map?

Just post the name of the map, and any images you want on it If not, i'll just find one for you

right! I've finally got some time Ill make the current requests now

Just wanting to know how the hell to do it.

Its quite simple You resize your image to 256 x 256, save it as a TGA, then import it to your map and change the path to war3mapPreview.tga

Anyway, this thread was for making map preview screens, not converting an existing one to a tga file whit the name "war3mapPreview" lol.

u think u can do one mini map for me i have how its gona look like but u need to have some fonts then for lotr text and also if u can make the same as loadingscreen

Hi , I could use one (The Preview pic is the picture you see in the chat room right before the game starts?)

I want it to Say "Roller Coaster"
"Alpha v.2.0"
"Made By Rover2341" Or "By Rover2341" or something like that

And a picture of a roller coaster, if you would like a screen shot from the game, i could to that too. But not sure what to take a screen shot.
Anyway there doesn't have to have a picture of a roller coaster in the back ground, that's just in idea. Personally i don't care as long as it looks decent.
