Making Dialogs

Can someone translate this to trigger

I need a DIALOGS, familiar?

If the Hero entered "Region 1" , the dialog will popup
Then theres 2 button to choose, if i click yes , my hero will be teleported to "region 2"
But if i click no . the hero will be teleported to "region 3"

Can someone help me? Please .
