Making cliffs + fog

How to make cliffs + fog like diablo III by Cloudwolf? Here is screenshot:

Put this file in your warcraft\UI folder.

It allows you to create steep cliffs.

k ty Kobas helped me out with that now i need that fog...

Just create a region or something alike and put the fog on the ground floor.
Once you have the steep cliffs all you need to do is put the fog on the floor.
Which is quite simple with regions.

Unfortunately, i do not know how to create them. But luckily, Foronius, other users helped you.

they helped me with the cliff but not with fog... anyway i opened other map that had same and saw how.
