makign map size smaller. Skins modells and more... + rep

i wonder if its possible to replace units. sumthing similar or how can i make skins take lesser space. And is it possible to make models take lesser space.... Sumthing sucks up the map how can i make map size smaller?

Don't know about models and skins (well I know that it's possible to make them smaller but don't know how),but here is the link for the program to make maps smaller,it also optimizes maps:

P.S: when I enabled function "Compress names", optimized map didn't work,so if you enable it and your optimized map won't work,disabling this function may fix the problem.

ok th8nx + rep. And one more thing. Does variables take much space? because i have like 2000 variables fro mmy old map who i dont use. lol not 2000 but mybe 300. Its inzane :S

Well,it won't take too much space if there are no leaks int he trigger=)
There are many tutorials about leaks to find out if there are leaks in your map or not.
Most of space - imported models, skins, and large triggers.Variables themselves don't take much space=)

You can make with many ways.

1. Remove as much possible unused and editor only data
2. Optimize icons and skins with https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-viewer-62878/
3. Use http://www.wc3c.net/showthread.php?t=79326.
4. Remove unused triggers/variables
5. Reset to default all unneeded modified fields (Like icon and tooltip for dummy unit with locust)
6. Loading Screen - You can make loading screen use ingame texture. Loading Screen's size would be 20kb max. Kitabatake made two aniamted loading screens. You can download them here.
7. Pathing Blockers - you can make "larger" pathing blockers, so you won't have to place many of them.
