ok so i basically help noobs level up and all but
i hate that since i'm a druid and they're also leather
they use steal to get items before me and i can't do anything
i can't gear up.
since the items they get or powers can't be gave to druid.

make is so the item is dropped to the ground so that we know what item it is and we could decide who to keep it.
because i hate that they use that on dungeon last boss and we got to kill it get nothing and wait to respawn like 10 mins do dungeon again and kill it again god it's so annoying.

---------
i just want to tell this is not a hate thread.
i mean it's to help thiefs stop being hated by people when someone picks them basically when someone picks them i kill them and make them leave or i tell before no one should pick thief.

Not Sure how killing them helps you at all on getting gear, If anything by attacking a thief it will provoke them to not even tell you what drops on steal.
You're also the first person i've ever seen post something about thief's being hated due to steal.
Most of the people that run High end dungeons will tell you what drops, And if they don't it's a select few.
Tips:
1: Don't run with the same people that seem to be pissing you off
2: Simply state if they could announce what drops on a boss BEFORE you start your run
3: Don't threaten them by attacking and telling them to repick
4: As a DRUID, you don't use the same leather as a Thief/bard/Sin does
5: You shouldn't count on a thief to get all your gear, The purpose of a dungeon is to run it and kill the bosses. Your gear can also drop off them, it's not only Stolen by a thief

I didn't think stealing an item from a boss meant it couldn't drop.... They are completely different codings, IIRC.

You also can steal items from other players which depends on their lvl. It is something like stealing from Andy. Which gives longsword and gold only. And it doesnt remove any gold etc from that player. Thieves are very helpfull classes, since they can gear their friends. Nearly all impressive gloves on our assassins and hunters mostly came from me in our group.

Just to clarify, stealing does not not affect the drop at all, not even the chance for something to drop. Whether someone stole from an enemy and what he stole does not change the drop in any way.
To the stealable and droppable items: There are two separate Lists for each mob, one that contains all stealable itemtypes and one that contains all droppable itemtypes. There are a few items that only appear in some units steallist, there are many items that only appear in some units droplist (-> are not stealable) and some units have items in both lists, means they can both be stolen or dropped.

Well this problem is easily solvable. Curently i play with two major groups: Clan Gaia and Garena gaia group. In both groups people are decent and would never hide what item was stolen i would suggest to you that you too find some people to play with. But basically i dont think that this is a problem of the game just when you do dungeons with unknown people establish rules on rolling. Even when i do dungeon right now i usually say to people in the begining what items i need and what items i am rolling for so we dont have no missunderstandings :)

yeah but you all are talking about the thief knowing how to play , unfortunately this is human race and they want all items for them , they will just keep the items.

and textugo you know i'm not trolling but since you're a retard you just copy and paste that image as your answer in every post.

other thing
what's so good of fighting a ultra hard boss knowing what he will drop?
what's good of boss fights is that they're so hard and you don't even know what they will drop..

So you call me greedy bastard who never gives stolen items to others, and I'd better sell them than give it to someone who really needs it?

You statement lacks basis. I met lots of thieves who always inform if something worthless is being stolen, and even one of them rolled with me on polt (which he stole), and after i won (of course I won =D) he gave it to me without any dramas.

All i can say is that you shouldn't judge other people by taking yourself as an example. If you would keep all stolen items to yourself, it doesn't mean that others would do the same. And even if you met 1-2 random dudes who did so, still it isn't a serious indicator to whole gaias community. Only problem with greediness i mentioned is when newbies start their first classes (usually they try to ninja every item as soon as they figure out F2), but I doubt if fixing that is worth Z time.

Yeah, I agree with f0rg3 on this one.
Darklycan, your post is bogus and an absurd. No one ever before complained about thieves' steal ability. It's basiacally compromised by their weaker armor.
And if you're jealous why don't you make a thief or play with your friends that have thieves so they can help you with gearing your druid.
And making an item drop on floor after a thief steals it from a boss is crucial because it drops on the boss and you can't get it unless you kill the boss. (That is why when I play a thief I make sure my backpack isn't full).
