Make a normal sequence global?

Please help me, I want to turn a normal sequence into a global one. I have already tried copying keyframes from sequence to new global sequence but it didn't word

here you go, I want to make the sequence "Propeller 1" global.

Note: The animation Propeller 2 is the same is Propeller 1.
