I love Janna but I got placed in Silver III (yea yea my own fault as well, but 2 of those placements were accidental rankeds when I did troll pick). Quickly after realizing silvers don't know what Janna is, I switched to Shen and my god is it good. I can actually ult to my dying allies and turn the tides of battle in an instant.

This one game Shen got banned and I resorted to Nami. Good start > team went into hybris > lost. My fucking last game with Nami in silver...

So I realize I will be stuck in silver if I only play Shen support. All you guys must've been silver once, what did the trick? How long did it take? Any champs you recommend? I like TF and he has that ass wiping ult as well, is he good?

I can see you are new to LoL.
You will be "stuck" in Silver for a long long time.
Silver is actually already in the top 50% of the players with Silver V being at 50%.
So it isnt really bad.

You just have to play, learn how to play, play in many roles, play many champions, try to find good comps between champions, and train a lot.
Then you get higher.

There arent really "bad" champions. It is just that you will lose sometimes and sometimes you win. You just have to deal with it.
There are champions that are slightly easier to play with, so lower level/newer players should play those instead.
Dont go try to play lee sin or vayne every single game.
Just pick some easier champions and read about why they are strong and how you can make that even better.

I got plat with Janna last season.
Played Janna 90% of my games, had 21-4 win/lose.

Went from gold V to plat III within 1.5 weeks.
The only thing I did differently was to follow a tip by Sky Williams from youtube.
TLDR; Be positive AF. When you get FB write wp in chat. When top wins hard compliment them. Don't say anything negative.

Not sure if it was an accident but that's what I did.

They did nerf her this season though so it might not be AS good, but the champion is certainly viable seeing as I got won 8/10 of my promo games with her. Got me placed in gold II.

I've been climbing. Got to Gold V: jondrean (EUNE) - LeagueOfGraphs

I'm not new, been playing since late 2014.

Yes I'd like to play Janna, but my top/jg are so often some squishies, at least one of them.

First u dont have to be postive,u just should not be negative ,if u are sick of chatting with flamers just "/mute all",and communicate with pings.
Also, u should try to be faster and more focused in the game,i mean there is not even a little sec when i not press a button, except when im dead.
Just to know, i dont use quick cast ,i just click faster and aim faster, basically like call of duty.
Never forget to warn your team with pings, because they will not help u,and they will feed when u dont ping them.
Try to be more precise, that means less missclicks, and that means that u should go train in custom games or fight against bots.
So when i have not play a long time League of Legends ,then i just go train on something like farm, and other stuff.
Just saying, sometimes i give myself a challange by playing against more skilled players in custom games,or if i make a smurf account then against higher lvl players.

If u ask your self why would i make a smurf account, then because i moved to a another country, and my new friends play on the EUW region, just saying. -.-
