Works fine in-game and looks good. It has potential, but in the cost-benefit of the filesize ends up leaving a bit to desire. I'll move it to Substandard, but you could make of this a good and useful asset if you did one of those:
Make the custom...
Funny name. But you should try re-wrapping the Bandit Texture in Garithos Model instead of creating a texture to do so, that's a way to decrease the size. A good idea, though.
Funny Name indeed, looks like Bandithos has raided a lot of places, with his horse being all fancy like, the helmet could be better though, is that really a bloody ax or is that just me? Anyway I like it if it is a bloody ax.
Love it; truly a Bandit Hero like we've been missing. I like the modifications you've made to the rider & his armaments; that & removing the eagle-wing helmet really help him look more scoundrel-y. I think you could've modified the Horse's armor a bit; still looks like a big regal warhorse with ribbons & stuff. Also, in-game textures?
I don't known but if is a custom skin, why not bandit-ise the horse? Change the black armor for the brown leather texture and the cloth for something more rustic.

Make the custom texture be worth it, and really 'banditize the horse', and add more custom features.
Use in-game textures instead.
