Looking for an Old RPG

I'm looking for an old RPG, I remember playing it long ago but can't remember the name.

-Your hero had the frost revenant model
-It was single player
-It had an inventory system where you could only have 1 hat/weapon etc and could upgrade them
-You went around looking to be really evil

Anybody know what I'm talking about?
