[General] Localized Water Coloring - Mulitple Water colors in single map

As the title says, I'm looking for help to see if I can do different water colors for separate bodies of water. Like, I may want like a small pond of what looks like blood (darkred) and maybe like a vat of acid (green) in another spot.

Edit: While we're at it: changing visibility for doodads. I.E. making a tree look see-through naturally

Darn it all. I mean... I guess I can change water tint as a character changes regions, though it could get tricky with multiple people making the water color change.

Now about them trees >.>

So I could instance water color? so in region x water is red, and in region y iis blue (but red only for the player in region x and vice versa?)
