Loading SCreen Problems

I need help loading in a loding screen i got the preview pic 1 but i cant get in laodingf screen i cant find the file loadingscreen.mdx i don't know where to get it

U can find the Loadingscreen.mdx in blizzard's Monolith map which can be found under scenario.
