Loading old savegame with updated map?

WC3 in-built save system does not accurately restore state. The result is often a huge variety of bugs that can even break a map.

Examples of what is not saved...
Periodic timers. They are restored as once off after save/load.
Any value stored in variable array at index 8191.
These are the ones off the top of my head. I am sure dozens exist.
 
@andreas - that is assuming the host has the old version... and also, that is quite bad you know? Since you will play the OLD version if you do that, and what he wants is to be able to use the old save in the NEW version

@DSG - yeah some things are clearly aren't saved/loaded correctly... Like in the DotA map (IDK in newer versions) but the multiboard's text color changes upon loading.
