After long wait I have release my first lizardman building (and structure ever!). A hero altar seemed like a good place to start hope you like it.
The Lizardmen worship the Sun, and altars of heroes dedicated to the sun are places to give offerings when a hero is needed in a time of crisis. After such offerings, the statue emits a burning orb that does not vanish until a chosen hero arrives. Legends say that such heroes have an overwhelming desire to go the specified altar when they are chosen by the Sun to help resolve a conflict.

The description, the model itself, looks good. Although, the bottom part of the altar seems streched out. Did you intend to do that? It looks weird. Well, 3/5 for now.

Looks more like an ordinary doodad to me... You can atleast put more stuff here and there like chains or maybe sun rays made of rock just to make it look more special..
