Links?

Is there any way to create links to websites in WC3?

For example:
I create an Quest (Required or w/e) and make the text:
"Visit the website, click here"
And at the "click here", somone can click and an new internet
window will popup?

Is there any way to make this?
Or just like:
"Visit the website, www.hiveworkshop.com" and when the link
is clicked, it opens...
