After i asked deepstrasz about something several weeks ago.

I'm saving some lengths for me to do a super duper huge Hive announcement comment after posting another media on Saturday December 2.

I don't think i can do a trillion-sextillion character long comment on there.

I don't know how many characters long does my thing is, probably 300,000 or 400,000 maybe.

I dunno.

Any answers, reply here.

Hello @FeruEnzeruJKun,

My name is Nowow, and I am a proofreader here at Hive. As you intend to post a "super duper huge Hive announcement", it has to go through proofreading before release. As you know, this is an English only forum, and as such all content should be grammatically and syntactically correct.

Therefore, I request that you send me the aforementioned announcement for proofreading. Please note that you cannot post such an announcement without approved proofreading, which should be completed at 8 December, 2043 (9:00 GMT), due to the character length of the post.

Oh, wow. I really misunderstand that. But okay. That sounds agreeable if you are a proof reader.

That's true.

Thank you for your reply i believe.

My pleasure to meet you, Nowow.

The limit is 500k characters for thread posts.
Interesting, but what about media post comments? I don't think they can be the same as thread posts.
My thing is capped at the forum limit. But length isn't everything.
I see. GhostWolf said the limit for thread posts is 500,0000.
I don't quite understand the question, but I especially don't understand @Nowow 's assertion of being a proofreader... Never heard of that role or requirement before (& I've been posting some pretty huge posts, for many years now).
I'm not very sure about that, Kyrbi0. A proofreader can be a good use of things to my advantages on huge posts.

To the three of you (GhostWolf, fladdermasken and Kyrbi0):
Thank you for your replies, guys. Much appreciated.

I'm not saying a proofreader isn't useful (for people generally & for you specifically). Just disagreeing with Nowow's presentation of himself as some sort of 'official proofreader' and that there are guidelines about posts having to be proofread before being posted.

Maximum post length is 500000 characters.
Thank you, Ralle. I'll agree with 500000 character length eventually.
