Legend of Rosaria will be an epic RPG, similar to the likes of Diablo and Bauldur's Gate. Set in the epic fantasy world of Rosaria created by renowned WC3 modder CloudWolf. The game takes place approximately 200 years after the events of World of Rosaria. It is still in very early development, and everything listed below is subject to change.

The Death Revenant, Varsidious, has awokem from his icey slumber, plunging the world into darkness once more. Now, as his shadows threaten to swallow the land, the King of Rosaria has called out for all of Rosaria's Heroes to rise up, and defend her from this threat.

Lore

The Weapons of Fate were forged by the Gods themselves, as a gift to the blossoming human race. At first, they used the weapons for good, banishing the shadows that dwelt within their kingdoms. But human nature got the best of them, and soon they turned the weapons against one another, unleashing the dreadful powers that lay within. Whole nations were wiped off the face of the planet. The Gods, seeing this senseless destruction, took the weapons, and locked them away, in places where no man had ever set foot.
Varsidous saw all this, as he waited from the shadows. Now that the humans were once again weak, he knew they stood little chance against his demonic hordes. And so he unleashed his fury on the world of man, in redemption for his banishment at the hands of the Weapons of Fate. At the peak of Varsidious conquest, the Gods once again intervened. But this time Varsidious was awaiting their arrival, and soon they were but prisoners in his Castle Atrector. But the very act of this drained Varsidious of his powers, and as he attempted to regain his strength the surviving human armies launched a final desperate strike at the heart of Atrector. Varsidious was easily subdued, and soon frozen by the Order of Elementalists.
But this bond was not to last.....

I find it funny to title something "memorable", when we haven't even seen it yet. :p

Edit: I knew it! CloudWolf made something of almost the same name. Well, two somethings of the same name. Is this different from his or is it continued? I do remember CloudWolf open-sourcing one map.

Edit 2: Stupid me for not noticing the big, blue text. XD Anyways, the project looks great. I do hope for one thing only. Keeping save codes un-abusable.

Well, I think that it is still far too early for testing. But I'll definitely let you know.

On the plus side, I seem to finally have gotten all of the pictures to work. If not, please let me know.

Started about 5 months ago. Off and on since then.
The layout for this was done by Cloudwolf. I am perfecting and detailing it.
I didn't think I was going to change much when I first got it from Cloudwolf, but now that I have actually done some work on it(The stuff I did here.) I may end up changing quite a bit.

Progress is slow. But summer vacation is beginning for many team members, so productivity may see an increase.

CloudWolf is responsible for most of it. I just add in the doodads and change a few things.

hmmm, That's a good question. I wouldn't put it past 25%, but as I said, production should hopefully pick up soon. I still have to finish the terrain, for the most part. Then we will implement all of the custom abilities, next up will be the systems. Then we will begin working on quests and the story. Of course, we will be working on these things outside of their designated times, but not as much.
