Very well done. I'd only suggest 2 things:

• Reduce the speed of the lava movement below.
• Give that lava texture below a light noise (maybe a 2D noise, moving vertices a bit randomly) - that would make the lava distort itself while it slides across the mesh.

Those remain as suggestions, and the model, approved.

You should also give it an extended base so it doesn't look awkward on slopes.
