While I didn't know this song, it had some pretty distinct sound effects, which allowed me to recognize the 'band'.
They are called VTZ, but I am not aware of the exact name of the song. Supposedly, it's called Widow Maker, but I don't see it listed on the site I have linked on the bottom of my post. However, here it is:

Their songs are pretty much the same style, an engagement of epic music with hip hop and trance elements.
