Knock-Back abilitie?

i see in tides of blood that the Sacred Cow has an abilitie that allows him to deal damage to a target while pushing them back about 300 yards.

i was wondering if anyone was able to tell me the triggering for that abilitie, my team can't seem to figure it all out just yet.

thats the force push you could probley use that.
but insted of dealing damage that spells paralyzes them.
