When I last time looked at it with those Disney characters it looked childish. Am I wrong?

The game is awesome, I guess the best that I've played for rpg's.
But hell, everyone has his own style.

And it is with disney figures yes, also combinated with final fantasy.
The storyline is epic and I like it.

And what is childisch?
Doing things that adults wouldn't do?
Nothing is childisch, we're all young in our heart .

I´m usually not so much into disney games in general because they always fail

but Kingdom Hearts is so epic, mainly because it´s made by the FF guys^^
+ I like it that you only play 1 character and that you only change the way of fighting of the others because that way you can focus much more on mastering the fights.

I´m waiting for the 3. part :/

I love kingdom hearts. Too bad I lost the game, I'd play the 2nd one over again for sure. For me the second one was much better than the first. It's so good because of the style and the story, gameplay too I guess. It's been so long I can't remember.

It was a stupid idea fusing FF elements with Disney. How can a child friendly mouse, duck or dog ever make it into a game where you can chalenge a being capable of destroying half the universe as an attack (we all know who).

To be honest, the loonytoons would have fitted in better as atleast they do have some form of large violence (blowing planets up etc).

Why disney was choosen was probably because it meant a mega deal between both companies and also they could probably match the atitudes of the characters better into a japenese style storyline. Other characters were not as popular as disney or else would not fit the story.

Tested the games a few times, and I share the same opinion with DSG about the lame idea of combining Disney and Final Fantasy together.

Generally all games from square are pretty good. Games like the final fantasy series and Chrono trigger were best sellers and amazingly popular (and fun in my opinion).

However, a good games does not make up for unmatching characters.

You could make a good game with any character ever created but weather the game matches the character is another question.

I'll apply my 'known' sentence for this :

The layout of a game doesn't mean a thing, the gameplay and combination counts.

And I really think that Square did a good job, creating a game like this.
It could've been a challenge for them to create a game like this at those moments, but the challenge has become a very good game.

But of course everyone has his own taste.

Square/Square Enix knows how to create a great game out of everything. I liked kingdom hearts 2...the first isnt as good in my opinion. And as for the disney elements, the kingdom hearts series gets a large amount of final fantasy cameos, and the further you progress in the game, the less and less disney elements you see. Its a solid game series, but everyone has there own opinion.

Kingdom Hearts is not as childish as people tend to think, even by people who have (or claims to have) played it.

Sure, at the surface you will see the regular disney childish theme, but if you see past the surface(which separates a good story from a bad one) you will find a depth that is rivaled by only a few other games.

Kingdom Hearts wouldn't be the same game, and definetly not better, if the disney characters were removed, replaced or whatever. It isn't just about a kid jumping around with a keyblade.


Definetly the best game i've played, ever. Can't decide if i like 1 or 2 most though.
