kingdom hearts 3d can not completed

i got to a boss named the anti-black robe nightmare. it can not be defeated because it uses an attack that first reduces hp to 1 and then 0 as a doubble attack. until it have hit twice the player can not move. if this had been kingdom hearts 2 a reaction command would have triggered but as this game have none it is hopeless.
