JNGP download link?

Can someone give me a download link to latest version of JNGP? The link on wc3c.net seems to be broken. Thanks in advance.

ISSUE:
Whenever i launch the newgen world editor i get a messege that says "an instance of the world editor is already running" but nothing is running. Any help?

Are your another world editor is running?
if not,that is your file problems.

Hello,

Try *Ctrl+Alt+Delete* - > Processes -> *Look for something with (WE, WORLD EDITOR, warcraft etc..) if found, do: Right Click on founded name, then press End Process Tree + Yes on that board* and then try turn on your jngp .
