Jass and Trigger tags?

well i was just wondering...are they an addon or something? i've seen them here and on wc3c forums so i'm guessing its public somewhere but can't find it...and i really could use them for a site of mine.

The trigger tags, I learned how to make the treeview from vexorian from wc3c. and you can get jass tags similiar to mine at www.wc3jass.com
