Issue with Skin

Hello.

I've downloaded this cool skin and the path seems to be right, but it won't work ingame nor in editor. Perhaps path need to be changed into different one? What kind of? Perhaps it is the fault of skin itself?

If it doesn't appear to work, report the resource and ask one of the moderators to see if it works for them. They'll fix it all up for you.
It's probably something to do with the skin itself (more or less).
