Is this possible?

I have a campaign centered around sheep. One of the sheep's ability is to summon a ninja sheep. Is it possible to use the original sheep skin (for the hero)
And a ninja skin (for ninja sheep). I have tried to replace the pig model + skins with a sheep's but I cant get that to work what should I do???
