Is this PC good?

I'm buying a new PC, and I just want to know, is this configuration good to run modern games at at least medium settings?
Intel Core I3-530 GHz
intel H55
GLAN HD 7.1 audio
4 GB DDR2
500 GB WD DWD-RW LG
GeForce GT 240 1 GB DDR3

Definatly, I have similar configuration, and I could play any games (a year ago) at maximum (COD4, WOW, WC3)

Still... I saw gameplay of GTA IV on that graphic card on max, and it was smooth as hell. I just need it for Darksiders PC, GTA 4, Devil May Cry 4, Battlefield BC 2, Ghostbusters... And a sh*tload of other games.
Then again, the graphic card is the average component of this PC, right?

They're not unknown, I bought my first PC from them, and it was pretty decent for that time.
