Wow! CPU and GPU are both quite weak. RAM is the only *strong point* but it is quite slow. Little HDD space. Maybe 25-30€? That's the best case. Probably less than that, and I doubt that anyone would like to buy it.

Yeah. No-one would probably buy it. Do you know what? I once had a p3 800mhz PC, with a GPU that I can't name, since I can't remember such crap :p I could watch videos on youtube in 240p with like 10 fps. xD

Use Windows 7 64Bit.
Win XP 32Bit does only support 3,25GB RAM
And a Win XP 64Bit isnt released afaik.

Can i put this cpu Celeron E3400 Dual-Core 2.6GHz until i buy a new pc? Is it compitable?

Both are socket LGA 775, so yes, it is compatible indeed.
As for the good PC build for 340 Euros: I use Euros too, as I live in Europe, and I think that the price is kind of overkill. Asking 240$€'d make more sense. And you should upgrade your GPU if you'd buy it. I mean, it's better than your current, but not a gamer standard. You could go for ATI HD 7970. It's the price of GTX 660, but more powerful.
Oh, and don't go with windows XP. It's:
1. Old
2. You can't buy it anymore
3. Doesen't support directX10 10.1 nor 11, while your GPU will.
4. RAM, as mentioned by ModoX

NOPE. NOT COMPATIBLE. The motherboard won't support the FSB frequency that C2D's require.

I never said it would be. Did you read the topic? Obviously, it won't be core 2 duo compatible, but he was talking about Celeron E3400 Dual-Core. They are kind of different...
EDIT: What were you talking about? The PC he will buy will have an i3.
The PC he has now has a 775, which is totally okay for: Intel Dual-Core Extreme edition, Pentium D, Celeron Dual-Core, Celeron D.

... Celeron Dual-Core's are built off the same Architecture as the Core 2, it's just the lower end model, same deal with Pentium Dual-Cores. Those will not work, Pentium D's WILL work (Celeron D's aren't actually dual core, confusing I know). This is because Pentium D's are simply two Pentium 4's stuck together :\

Different Architectures.
