Is GHost Bot illegal on bnet? xD

I was considering putting some of my diablo maps on bnet with the autohosting feature that GHost supports, however, I was wondering if using it is against any bnet rules?

Yeah you see bots all the time around b.net, not to mention things like name spoofer, auto-refresh ... i mean it's all third-party right? So probably not against any rules.
