If you collapse all modifiers in the stack if the stack has UV unwrap or others, then after you collapse it you put another UV unwrap on it. Is it bad to do all this? I do it all the time...
It's fine, I do something even more weird, I always reconvert to editable poly, so everything gets collapsed. It's only bad if you are collapsing modifiers which you don't want, like Skin.
Thx Blinkboy.+Rep! Actually collapsing the stack is probably a good thing. Because if you have mirror on it for example, it will simplify it into one object. I always keep all objects editably poly. Its easier to model in that mode, more options. Should I change everything to editable mesh before I import it into warcraft? Or does it matter? Now another small question.
What do you think is the best method to animate models? Pivot points or Bones? Are them the only two ways?

Bones for sure, using meshes is a big mistake that most people do when animating humanoids or animals. You may use meshes/pivot points, whatever you call them, for buildings and things that may be sepparated, unlike limbs.
